- Aqua Restaurant is eligible to host civil ceremonies, once approved by the Registrar. We will be happy to assist you in this regard
- Room hire is included in all packages. However, should the number of guests drop below 80, the management reserves the right to charge an additional fee
- We can accommodate a total seating capacity of 100 guests, with room for 40 more people standing
- Final guest numbers are requested 48 hours prior to the event
- Guests with special dietary requirements can be accommodated if notified at least 48 hours prior to your event
- Children's menu is available on request
- We can accommodate drinks from the bar until 12.30am
- We can organise flowers, decorations, a photographer & entertainment on your behalf
- We are also happy to arrange the supply of a wedding cake on your behalf
- Canapés are included in our oystercatcher package, alternatively they can be arranged for approximately €8 per person
- A €1,000 deposit is due to secure the date
- The balance is to be paid on the evening or alternatively the next day
- A €10 surcharge per person applies on Fridays between May - September
- Please note menus are seasonal and changes may occur
- Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation charges will occur if the wedding is cancelled within 12 weeks of the reception date
- A Service charge of 10% is not included
- We are also happy to organise taxis for guests but cannot guarantee their punctuality or availability
- Prices are valid for weddings booked for 2010 and 2011 before the 31st December 2010. Prices will be subject to change after this date
- Unfortunately:
- Weddings cannot be hosted on Saturdays or Sundays
- Corkage services cannot be provided
- We cannot accommodate tastings
- The management are not responsible for any loss or damage to property incurred while on the premises
