- Aqua
Restaurant can accommodate wedding receptions from Monday to Friday .We do not
hold wedding receptions at weekends.
- Room hire
is included in all packages. However, should the number of guests drop below
80, the management reserves the right to charge an additional fee
- We can
accommodate a total seating capacity of 100 guests, with room for 30 more
people standing.
- Final
guest numbers are requested 48 hours prior to the event.
- Guests
with all dietary requirements can be accommodated.
- Children's
menu is available on request
- We can
accommodate drinks from the bar until 12.30am
- We can organize flowers, decorations, wedding cake, a photographer & entertainment
on your behalf.
- Canapes
are included in our Oystercatcher package; alternatively they can be arranged
for approximately €8
per person.
- Evening
Food ( Cocktail Sausages, Sandwiches ) will be charged with €6 per person.
- A €1,000 deposit is due to secure the date. The
balance is to be paid on the evening or alternatively the next day
- Please
note menus are seasonal and changes may occur
- Cancellations
must be made in writing. Cancellation charges will occur if the wedding is
cancelled within 12 weeks of the reception date.
- A Service
charge of 10% will be added to food and Drinks bill.
- We are
also happy to organise taxis for guests but cannot guarantee their punctuality
or availability.
- Prices
are valid for weddings booked for 2011/2012.
